Set Up for Prefixes and Suffixes - Look ups under the Full Name Button in Contacts

If you go to the Orion Administration Program and click on System Information there is an option for Full Name Entry Settings that will allow you to input the values you want for the look up, such as Mr., Mrs., Ms. or Dr. for Prefixes. If you click on the Suffixes Tab, you may input Suffixes such as Jr., MD.,  or Esq.
