Revenue on Income Statement Does Not Match Payment Application Analysis

The most likely cause of this is a reversal of a transaction from a previous period or previous year.  To isolate the transaction, run the Application Reversals Report (located under AR Transaction Listings) - choose to run the report based on void date.
