If you get the message Invalid Client you need to rekey the entry and put it on the appropriate file that has INTAKE in the Client Number and/or Matter Number field. You have to look at the description that displays on the fee record to determine you are on the right one (do not forget to delete the original entry).If you get the message about saving it an an incomplete entry this is all right as the system will resolve the Client-Matter Number when the Intake is completed, you go back to the fee record, tab through the fields, and hit save.
