Security for Changing Rates

We’ve run into a huge issue lately where rates are being changed. I believe this is happening in Time Manager. Is there any way to prevent Timekeepers from accidentally changing their rates?

Do you allow Users access to the Rate Code field? If so you may check in Orion Administration in security settings for that User's group and change under Time Manager the setting for Change Rate Code from Full to None if you want to prevent this from happening. Some Users may be used to having this feature so you may want to test it out on a small number of Users first to see if that works for your firm. Many firms do restrict the access to the Rate Code field.
