Rates not Showing for Timekeeper (TK) in Time Manager

There are a few things to check. In File Maintenance Manager, look at the Billing Rates Tab for the Matter in question. Is there an Override Rate entered for the Timekeeper? If so, check to make sure the Timekeeper is a member of the Override Rate set being used.  If there is no Override Rate being used, check to make sure the Timekeeper is a member of the Default Rate set for the Matter. 

SN: Rate Sets can be viewed/edited in File Maintenance Manager > Tools > Manage Codes > Show Codes for (Rate Sets).
