Prevent Users from Deleting Public Views or Grid Detail Reports

If Orion has been updated after April 2014, you have two new security options that can be set to prevent Users from editing or deleting public views and reports.

These security options are under the Application grouping. Setting these to None will grey out the options for Edit and Delete.
