Message that there are not enough timekeeper licenses when attempting to add a Timekeeper

Open the Orion Admin Program.

Click on System Information in the Orion Side Bar.

Click on the System Settings icon.

On the Firm Information/Licenses Tab, the total number of licenses your firm has available will be displayed. If the number Active is equal to the total number of licenses your firm has available, then you will need to inactivate a timekeeper or purchase additional licenses.

Please contact Orion to purchase additional licenses.

Note: Orion allows for reporting on inactive timekeepers; however, in order to key and record new time to Timekeepers, they must be active.
