Nothing Displaying on SmartInspect Debug Module When Trying to Look at Sync Activity

Open up Orion Exchange Sync Config. Leave the SmartInspect program open.

Click the edit button. Uncheck Enabled on the first tab Sync Configuration and click Ok. Click the Edit button again.

Go to the Logging tab.

It is probably set to Use Configuration File in the Log Configuration Type field. Temporarily change that to Debug - System Defined.

Go back to the first tab, check Enabled, and click OK.

You should be seeing data now. Don't forget to change the logging type back to what it was using the same steps.  With it set to Debug-System defined it will create log files and they take up a lot of space and could be why it was set to Use Configuration File.
