Matter Status Freezing for User

Have the User go back in and open Matter Status.  Next, have the User click on the Look-Up Button (ellipse) and wait a couple of seconds (to make sure it comes up in the background).  It is actually coming up, and it is off screen.  After waiting a few seconds, click SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+C, or you can right click on the Orion icon in the Windows System Tray and choose Cascade all Forms from the Orion menu that appears (you will know you are on the correct menu if the first option in the menu is Open Smart Timer Manager).
