I searched for a specific Client-Matter number in Records Management but no results were shown.

When searching for a specific Client-Matter Number, you must enter the full Client-Matter Number - including the dash between the 2 numbers. For example, if your Client and Matter Numbers have leading zeros and you are searching for Client 457, Matter 1, you would enter 000457-000001.  Also, make sure there is a check mark in the Client-Matter option under the “Search in Fields” section.
