I Deleted a Client Record but the Conflicts Records are Still in The System

Nothing went wrong. The Orion program NEVER deletes Conflicts records. If you delete a Client or Matter and you want the Conflicts records deleted as well, you will have to delete them through the Conflicts program (search for them and then delete them).
