Incomplete Status on Fees where Task Codes are Being Used and Can't get to Release (Internal)

This happened after an Orion update on a few Client-Matters. Everything was fine with the entry but it wouldn't release.  A clue may be if it was happening with Fees that require Task Codes. You would first want to check and make sure the Task Code doesn't require Activity Codes.

To fix this we went into File Maintenance Matter Manager. I sorted by Task Code because that put the ones I needed to fix right next to each other.  Highlight the ones that are having the issue and right click, then do Edit Selected.  Now change the Task Code to none and save. 

Wait a half minute or so and now put the Task Code group it uses in again for the Matters.  If you had it sorted by Task Code they are still highlighted, so right click and do Edit Selected.  After you saved the Task Code group go in again, go into Time Manager, and the fees should release into WIP now.
