I searched for a specific Client-Matter number in Conflicts but no results were shown

When searching for a specific Client-Matter Number, you must enter the full Client-Matter Number - including the dash between the two numbers. For example, if your Client and Matter Numbers have leading zeros and you are searching for Client 457, Matter 1, you would enter 000457-000001.  Also, make sure there is a check mark in the Client-Matter option under the “Search in Fields” section.
