How to Set Up a Case Relationship in Orion

You will do this from the Orion Administration program. Note that you must have proper security rights to access Orion Administration.  If you do not, you should contact your administrator. 

Click on the Contact/Case Setup group.

Click on the Case Relationships icon in the side bar.

Click on New.

Type in the description such as Insurance Adjuster and click OK.

Now go back to the  "regular" Orion program, and remember you must close out first to be able to see the new case relationship you just set up.

Reopen Orion.

Click on the Matters icon on the blue task bar.

You may then add a related contact to a case by highlighting/selecting the case and right clicking and choosing Add Related Contact. You will get a dialog pop up box where you can fill in the new relationship type and hit OK
