How can I change the text title of an account/line item on a financial statement?

Go to GL Manager.

Click on Tools and select Report Styler.

Highlight the template you want to edit and click on Edit.

Once in the template editor, find the account line you want to change, right click on it and choose edit.

You can then click on the consolidated tab if you want to alter the text name that shows on the income statement.

Change it to what you want and click OK.

Click on File/Save as you exit the template.

Reprint your statement to double check the name change.
