How can I add a GL Ledger Account Line to My Financial Statement Style

This article assumes you have some familiarity with Orion's Financial Statement Editor. Prior to editing a financial statement in Orion you may want to make a copy of it or consult with Orion Support. Note that edits to Financial Statements are considered billable services by Orion.

To add an account line to an income statement

Go to GL Manager.

Choose Tools.

Choose Report Styler.

Select the Financial Statement you want to change and click Edit.

Right click on the row directly above where you want to insert the new account and choose Clone.

Change the account number range and click OK. You will also need to double check that the account line is included in the appropriate total lines.
