Find Client By Phone Number

If you go to File Maintenance Manager or Contacts Grid, right click, and choose Select Grid Fields, you can drag the Primary field to the grid column. Sort the column by phone number and then simply type the number in the field to find it, and please note you need to type the parenthesis and space to see the telephone number. You may find it more quickly by using the File Maintenance screen, if you have access, since there will be one phone number per client listed there rather than on the Contacts grid which could list the same phone number for multiple contacts.
