Exchange Sync Error - The Request Failed. The Remote Server Returned an Error: (401) Unauthorized

The network login has been changed for the account that is set up. Open the sync config editor, exhange tab. The user account being used is in the user name field. Try putting in the password that you think is right, if you still get the error contact IT to either reset or let you know what that password is.
