Entering Contacts - Error Checking

Orion will give you a pop window to alert you to the fact that you may be entering a duplicate Contact. You may choose  to go ahead and continue to create the Contact, close the Contact without saving it, or close the Contact without saving it and highlighting the duplicate record that it finds. 

When entering new Clients through the intake process, Orion has a certain fields that can be setup as required on the intake form and the system will not let you save the Intake form unless the required fields are entered.

The system will also double check the address.  After you type it in and hit tab, if Orion thinks you are missing information such as state or zip code, it will prompt you with a pop up entry screen. You may always double check that Orion is parsing the address information the way you would like by clicking on the Address button and double checking it visually.
