Exchange Sync doesn't seem to be working for a particular user

Go to File Maintenance > Tools > Manage Users and double click on the particular User.

Under the General Tab, make sure the User's email is typed in correctly. 

Under the Outlook Integration Tab, make sure the Enable-Orion Sync check box is checked and the appropriate folder paths are set up.

Contact Orion Support if you have any questions about the way the tabs/screens should be set up.

There may be other factors affecting Exchange Sync that could cause it not to function properly and those may have to be diagnosed using log files that Orion support can help examine.
