Document Linking, How to Add a Type of PDF

To have the screen associate a .pdf extension like the below screenshot you need to set up an Action Type.

 

 

Go to Orion Administration > System Setup > Actions. 

Press New and set it up like the following screenshot.  Your default directory may be different.
