Orion Law Management Orion Desktop Articles Practice Management Create a Recurring Appointment or Task Updated April 14, 2025 19:59 The majority of the time, recurring appointments and tasks are not synced from Outlook to Orion so if you want them to show up in Orion they will need to be created inside the Calendar Manager module. To do this just start creating your Task or Appointment like normal by pressing new and then from the entry choose Tools > Recurrence.This screen is where you can set your options. By changing your time period the options on the right will change. For example, if you do monthly, first day and last day become options you can choose. End After will be the amount of times the task occurs. If you did Weekly and set that to two, it would show up for the next two weeks.
