Orion Law Management Orion Desktop Articles Administration Changing the Default "Assigned To" on a Section of the Client-Matter Intake Form Updated April 14, 2025 19:12 When the individual normally responsible for a section of the Client Intake Form and/or the Matter Intake Form goes on vacation, you may want to change responsibility for the individual's section of the Intake Form to another User. To do this, you will need to open up the Orion Administration program and access System Setup, Intake Setup and open up the Client or Matter Intake Form Styler. Under the Intake Process portion of the window, locate and double click on the section for which the individual is responsible (it will be in bold and display the User's name to the right of the section name). Click on the drop down button and choose the person to whom you want to re-assign the responsibility. Click OK to save the change and click OK to save the Intake Form. Note that this change will impact Intake Forms started AFTER the change has been made. Any Forms already in process will still be routed to the original assignee. Those Forms can be accessed through the File Maintenance Manager Monitor by clicking on the VIEW MY INTAKE ITEMS button and choosing to display All Open Items. Was this article helpful? Yes/No
