Can I run my Financial Statements by Department Code?

Assuming your Chart of Accounts is set up to utilize the Department Code AND assuming your financial statement styles do not specifically exclude some departments from your ranges, just enter the Department Number range you want to report using in the Department fields when running the Statement.
