Prebill Manager - What do the different Colors Mean?

What do the different highlight colors mean on Prebill Records in the Prebill Manager?

There are three highlight colors that Records, in the Prebill Manager, may appear in:

Yellow - a record highlighted in yellow indicates Orion found an issue that will prevent you from generating an invoice on the Matter.  You need to highlight the Prebill record and then look at the Prebill Detail panel, on the right of the Prebill Manager window, to check to see what the Defect Notes field has in it.  This field will only display if there is an issue with a Prebill record.

Green - a record highlighted in green means the ID in the "Show To" field has been changed to an ID other than the Responsible Attorney on the Matter.

Blue - a record highlighted in Blue means an invoice has been generated on the Prebill record. Note that voiding an invoice does not remove the Blue highlight.
