Share or Make Public a Grid Detail Report

To share the report, make sure your User has access to edit the report in the Security Group.

 

Open Orion and go to the report. Highlight the one you want to share and press Edit (reports in bold are public and everyone should see them). Now, with the report opened, go to File and Save As. Name the report, check the Public box, and press OK.

Other Users would need to close Orion and reopen it, and they should be able to see it now.
