Right Click in AR Entry Apply Window Presenting Incorrect Menu

The issue with this is where you left click before you right click. If you left click in an editable box the window's right click menu is going to appear with the usual copy and paste options. In order to get the Orion options, just left click somewhere else other than a box where data is entered and then do your right click.
