Retainer Applied as Payment Shown on Invoice not Showing in Matter Status

The Matter Status A/R Ledger Tab does not display an accounting transaction that has not yet been applied.  After you print and post the Invoice that shows the Retainer Applied as Payment, you must go back into the AR Manager, call up the RAP in the Entry window, apply it to the Invoice and post it.
