Report that will Show Only Written Down Time Out of WIP

There is not a specific standard report that shows "only" written down time by itself. You would need to look at the Billing Realization Report under the Billing and Revenue Reports Folder in the Reporting system.

It has an Adjustment column on it that shows a net figure for write ups/downs at the Client-Matter, Timekeeper level. Any of the amounts listed in (  ) would be a net write down for that particular Client-Matter and Timekeeper.

To investigate further, you may need to look at Time Manager and filter for particular transactions if you want to get more detail.

The Time Manager grid can be filtered to show only written down transactions; however, in order to get a total of the write down amount, you would need to select the transactions on the Time Manager screen by highlighting them, choosing Report, Grid Summary, and exporting the transactions to Excel to calculate your total write down amount.
