Payments by Working Attorney Report

The Payments by Working Attorney Report provides a detail list and summaries of income by Timekeeper or other sort options for the specified date range.  The report factors in PMT, RAP and TAP transactions and reversals.  It does not report on payments against interest or sales tax and provides no sort order by Client-Matter.  This report replaces the Sort Order option by Working Attorney in the Payment Application Analysis found in the Billing and Revenue Reports section.

EXPLANATION OF REPORT INFO/COLUMNS
Each column in this report represents payment applications against fees, expenses or costs for the specified date range.  Payments are calculated by totaling PMT, RAP and TAP transactions less reversals.


BALANCING TO OTHER REPORTS
If you run the Payments by Working Attorney Report for a similar date range and choose to Include Inactive Timekeepers, you can balance to the following reports:

Payment Application Analysis (PMT, RAP, TAP and Reversals) - Total Fees, Total Expenses and Total Costs
                            
Timekeeper Productivity - Fee Payments
