KPI - Number of Matters Per Client

The Number of Matters Per Client indicator is the ratio of the number of Matters billed to the number of Clients billed and is calculated by dividing the number of Matters billed by the number of Clients billed. Number of Matters Per Client can be used by the Firm as another indicator of growth because of the focus on existing clients and the ease and lower cost of generating work from them, compared with searching for and landing new clients.
