KPI - Client Retention

  • Updated

Client Retention is used as a sign of the health of the firm because of the focus on existing clients and the ease and lower cost of generating work from them, compared with searching for and landing new clients.  Client Retention is the ratio of the number of Clients billed in the last 12 months to the same Clients that had been billed in the 12 months prior to that.
