Is there a System Report That Shows Cash Realization

There is not a system report that provides this information but the objects are available in many of the staff productivity data feeds to get this information.  You would use the pmFeePMTs object and the fdbillablehours objects.  Note that payments on individual hours are not tracked.  Your formula would be hours worked during the report date range divided into fee payments received during the report date range.
