Investment in Flat Fee Cases

The Investment in Flat Fee Cases is a custom report style designed using the Billing Realization data feed.  The report compares dollars worked against a value entered in the Quoted Price field of each Matter.  It then shows the dollar difference and percent difference of actual dollars worked compared to the Quoted Price (the Quoted Price field is actually under the column labeled Retainer on the report).  

The unique factor in this report is the color coding based on the percent of actual to quoted price (flat fee).  If Dollars Worked is 100% or greater than the flat fee, the $ Difference and % Difference fields print in Red.  If Dollars Worked is greater than 65% but less than 100% of the flat fee, the $ Difference and % Difference fields print in yellow. If Dollars Worked is less than 65% of the flat fee, the $ Difference and % Difference fields print in green.
