Orion Law Management Orion Desktop Articles Reporting Explanation of Timekeeper Productivity Report Updated April 14, 2025 18:45 The purpose of the Timekeeper Productivity Report is to provide a report of productivity based on the date the work was performed and the date that payments were received. The report is a snapshot in time and seldom can you print it with the exact same results. Invoicing, Time Entry, Payment Entry and Payment Reversal (all the major Orion procedures) affect this report. For this reason, we recommend it be run at the end of the month after all transactions have been entered and/or posted but before transactions are entered and/or posted for the new month.Although the Timekeeper Productivity Report can be balanced to other reports, it is not meant to be balanced back to other management reports but to be used to evaluate attorney productivity. Ultimately, if every report was run on the same day with the same cutoff dates and without any activity being recorded in the system between running the reports, they would balance.Following is a brief description of each column contained on the report: 1.
