Credit Card Payment Procedures

The first item we would need to confirm is that your firm is on a correct version of the Orion software.  If not, the firm would need to schedule a time for an upgrade.  After the update has been completed, the firm would need to go through the application/approval process with PayPros.

The PayPros team is responsible for assisting the firm with the installation and download process.  You will have to have a Gateway Token provided by PayPros,that will need to be added to the firm's main operating bank account before the integration will work.  The Gateway Token field is found as shown below in Orion:
