Credit Card Payments/Dates

Credit Card Payments typically post to your bank account by the next business day. If you want the daily deposit report to reflect the date the payment is received in the bank, advance the date when entering the CCP in Orion. You will not be able to change the date of the AR entry (this would require Orion personnel dialing in and this task is considered billable). Orion automatically creates a deposit in Bank Reconciliation for payments processed via Credit Card. Each Credit Card transaction is treated as an individual deposit. You will be able to change the actual date of the Deposit in Bank Rec so that it matches the actual date the payment was received by your bank. You will also be able to change the transaction date of the GL Transaction if it has not been posted in GL Manager.
