Client Activity Report

The Client Activity Report is a custom report style designed to provide a summary of activity on Clients or Client-Matters during a specified date range.  This report could be used in response to audit letters from clients.  The report shows billings, payments, credits/write-offs and the difference between billings and AR reductions (net activity).

Explanation of Report Info/columns
Listed below are the columns on the Client Activity Report.

Billed Fees - the billed value of fee dollars billed during the report date range.

Billed Costs/Exps - the billed value of costs and expenses billed during the report date range.

Total Billed - the total billed amount during the report date range.

Payments - the total amount of PMT, RAP and TAP transactions less reversals of same applied to AR during the report date range.

CR/WO - the total amount of CR and WO transactions less reversals of same applied to AR during the report date range.

Total - the total amount applied to AR transactions during the report date range.

Difference - the difference between the total amount billed and the total in AR Reductions during the report date range.
