Beginning Balance not Showing on GL Account History Report for Asset Account

On the GL Account History Report there are selections or check boxes that determine what will be presented on the report. If you try to print an account that has had no activity for the period that you are running the report, it will not be presented on the report unless you check the box for Show accounts with no activity. This is true even if you specifically filter or select the account on the report.  If there have been no entries made to the account in the period specified and you want to see the account on the report along with the beginning balance you will need to run the report with the check box checked for Show accounts with no activity.
