Billing Realization Report Not Changed by Entry of New Time

The Billing Realization Report reflects only that time that was invoiced during the specified report date range.  The Original Value Hours and Original Value Amount columns reflect the original value of the time that was invoiced.  Entering new time would not affect this report, unless of course, the time was then invoiced with an invoice date that falls within the report date parameters.
