AR Collections - New Email Template

Go into the AR Collections Manager and choose TOOLS, Email Templates. This will give you a list of the email templates available. Click NEW to bring up the email template designer.  Assign the template a descriptive and unique name and begin designing your template.  Once done, click the SAVE Button.
