AR Reversal Did Not Create GL Transactions

The problem is that the GL transactions are in a different GL period than you are expecting.  To locate the GL transactions created by the reversal, open AR Manager and choose ACTION, View Reversals,  Set your filter to a date range that includes the original date of the transaction you reversed. Highlight the transaction, right click and choose View Related GL Transactions.  There will be multiple transaction numbers in the list but typically if you sort the list by Transaction Number, the second number will be the reversal. Highlight one of the detail lines and over in the Detail Panel check the period of the transaction you entered.
