Next, click on the "Related" tab. You can add the email recipient at the Matter level or at the Client level. The reason you may want to add an email recipient at the Matter level is because the firm may have different Contacts for the different Matters. If this is not the case then you would want to add the email recipient at the Client level. When you click on the "Related" tab, it will automatically bring up the "Matter" level; to get to the "Client" level, drill down by clicking on the + sign. Double click on the Client name to open up the AR Collections View screen. Next, click on the tab "Collection Setup," and at this stage you can either add an existing Contact or add an email only.
