Adjusted Hours Disproportionate to Adjusted Dollars on Billing Realization Report

There is nothing wrong with the report.  These numbers show that when you write down fee transactions you are electing to hold time constant rather than the rate.  For example, you have a fee transaction for 2.0 hours and $500.00 and the attorney wants you to write it down to $250.00.  When you perform the write down, if you choose to keep time constant, the bill amount will be reduced to $250.00, the rate will be reduced to $125.00 and the hours will stay at 2.0.
